Terms and Conditions

  • All cards are individually handmade and so the cards will vary slightly from the sample.
  • Cards will be made only if the information on the order form is clear and that the correct payment has been made.  You must therefore provide us with a contact telephone number or email, in case of discrepancies.

Payment

  • Payment should be sent together with the order form.
  • Payment should be sent in the form of a cheque made payable to Mrs S M Cheung.

Postage

  • All prices are inclusive of postage to UK address only.
  • Cards sent to addresses outside UK will incur a charge of £2.99. 
  • Postage is first class via Royal Mail. 
  • It is intended that orders received before 12 noon (Mon-Fri) will be posted on the same day.  Orders received after 12 noon, will be posted on the next working day.  Orders received after Friday 12 noon will be posted on the following Monday.
  • Muisy Designs can not be made liable for any delays in posting caused by Royal Mail.
  • Notice will be posted on the website if Muisy Designs is not able to despatch cards within the suggested time. Such as on holiday.
  • An email or text message will be sent to confirm that the card has been dispatched, subject to your details being provided.

Refund Policy

  • When you order from us, you are entitled to a cooling off period after despatch, when you can return your cards, with the exception of personalised cards, for a full refund (minus any postage & packaging costs).  This period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e. you receive an email/text from us saying we have dispatched your order) and ends 7 days after the day following delivery of the cards.
  • If you decide that you are not happy with the cards you purchased from the Muisy Designs website, or you have simply changed your mind, you may return an item within the cooling off period subject to an authorisation email from Muisy Designs.
  • Please contact us before returning your order.
  • Cards must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within the cooling off period and must be in a resaleable condition. This does not affect your rights to reject faulty goods.
  • Personalised cards cannot be returned as they are not resaleable to other clients.
